The 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 and 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, in coordination with the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗜𝗜 (𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀), successfully conducted another batch of the 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 (𝙁𝘽𝙎𝙀) Training for barangay LGUs and accredited tour guides.

The training was facilitated by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗿, who shared valuable insights on delivering excellent frontliner service and enhancing the overall visitor experience in Cebu City.

Participants actively engaged in the sessions, demonstrating their commitment to upholding quality tourism service and strengthening Cebu City’s reputation as a premier destination.

The 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 and 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 successfully conducted the first day of the FBSE Training for Barangay LGUs on April 15, 2026, held at the 9th Floor Executive Building, Cebu City Hall.

Day 2 of the 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 (𝙁𝘽𝙎𝙀) Training for Barangay LGUs and tour guides was held on 16 April 2026 at the 9th Floor, Executive Building, Cebu City Hall. Organized in coordination with DOT‑7 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀, the 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, and the 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, the session was expertly facilitated by 𝗠𝘀. This initiative was carried out in coordination with the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀, with 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 "𝗣𝗚" 𝗚𝘂𝗯𝗮, a Regional FBSE Trainer for Central Visayas, guiding participants through an engaging and insightful session. The activity aims to enhance the capacity of barangay officials in delivering quality frontline services, in line with the standards of 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 (𝙁𝘽𝙎𝙀).

The FBSE training highlights the importance of delivering quality, consistent, and culturally grounded service. It aims to strengthen professionalism, enhance public service delivery, and promote a unified approach to hospitality across all sectors.

Through this initiative, Cebu City continues to reinforce its commitment to excellence in governance and tourism, ensuring meaningful and positive experiences for all.
