READ: The Municipal Trial Courts in Cities (MTCC), Cebu City informs the public that the work-from-home arrangement for court personnel has been lifted, and regular full on-site court operations under the Monday-to-Friday workweek schedule shall resume effective immediately.
This is pursuant to OCA Circular No. 82-2026 issued by the Office of the Court Administrator directing all first and second level courts nationwide to revert to regular work arrangements and full staffing requirements.
Accordingly, all officials and personnel of the MTCC, Cebu City are directed to physically report on-site from Monday to Friday in order to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of judicial services.
Concerned judges, court personnel, and court users are advised to be guided accordingly.

READ: The Municipal Trial Courts in Cities (MTCC), Cebu City informs the public of the early dismissal of work on May 6, 2026, starting at 12:00 noon, and the suspension of court operations until May 8, 2026.
This is pursuant to Memorandum Order No. ORCM-JR07-036-2026 and Proclamation No. 1239 in relation to the 48th ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings.
The Regional Trial Courts (RTC) and Municipal Trial Courts in Cities (MTCC) in Cebu CIty, including the Offices of the Clerks of Court (RTC-OCC and MTCC-OCC), shall be on call. When necessary and practicable, a skeletal workforce shall report to attend to urgent matters on a case-to-case basis.
Concerned judges, court personnel, and court users are advised to be guided accordingly.

Concerned judges and personnel are advised to check their assigned schedules accordingly.
Schedule adjustments may be allowed, subject to prior coordination with the Office of the Clerk of Court for proper recording.
All personnel on duty are expected to be present and perform their assigned functions as required.

READ: The Municipal Trial Court in Cities โ Cebu City (7th Judicial Region) releases ODDโEVEN WORK FROM HOME SCHEME for the month of April 2026, pursuant to Supreme Court Memo 02-2026.
Work Arrangement Overview:
โข Odd-numbered branches (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13) and even-numbered branches (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14) will follow an alternating weekly onsite and work-from-home (WFH) schedule
โข Two shifting schedules will apply:
1. Schedule A: Onsite (MondayโThursday), WFH (Friday)
2. Schedule B: WFH (Monday), Onsite (TuesdayโFriday)
Branches will switch between Schedule A and Schedule B weekly๏ฟฝ

READ: In line with Supreme Court of the Philippines OCA Circular 62-2026, and to allow government employees to properly observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, MTCC Cebu City will implement a special work arrangement on Wednesday, April 1, 2026:
- Work-From-Home: 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
- Suspension of Work: 12:00 NN onwards
Be advised that the First Vice Executive Judge Court (MTCC 2) and Branch 3 staff will be available on-site in the morning to handle bail proceedings.
All courts will be closed on April 2โ3, 2026 for Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Regular operations will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.
Clients and stakeholders are advised to plan their transactions accordingly.

READ: The Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC), Cebu City, 7th Judicial Region, through the Office of the Executive Judge, announces the adoption of the ODDโEVEN Work From Home (WFH) Scheme pursuant to Supreme Court Memorandum No. 02-2026.
This arrangement shall take effect from March 9 to March 27, 2026, implementing alternating on-site and remote work schedules among court branches to ensure uninterrupted court operations.

READ: First- and Second-Level Courts will follow a four-day on-site, one-day work-from-home (WFH) schedule.
Single-sala courts may choose MonโThu on-site (Fri WFH) or TueโFri on-site (Mon WFH). Multiple-sala courts alternate weekly between odd- and even-numbered branches.
All personnel follow their Presiding Judgeโs schedule and must remain reachable.
Scheduled hearings will continue as planned. Videoconferencing may be used, but in-person proceedings will proceed if needed.
Criminal cases requiring witness confrontation must have a written waiver from the accused. Saturday duties, night courts, and urgent matters still require physical attendance.
WFH does not apply to Presiding Judges with overdue Decisions or Resolutions. Fridays are prioritized for drafting Decisions to ensure timely case completion. Weekend or special-day duties may still be required, with proper compensation.
