The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 11 (DA-RFO 11) informs the public that, in view of Memorandum Circular 114 issued by the Office of the President dated March 6, 2026 and Department Order No. 8 issued by the Department Secretary on March 18, 2026, the following shall be adopted by DA 11:

𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 (𝗪𝗙𝗛) 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.
