Wearing of Face Mask in Public places is mandatory
Any violation thereof is punishable under
Davao City Ordinance No. 0307-20 Series of 2020
Penalties:
1st Offense - 500
2nd Offense - 2,000
3rd Offense - 5,000
or 1 month imprisonment or both
1. Any person with issued citation ticket is advise to pay the Administrative penalty of P500.00 at the City/District Treasure's Office within three (3) working days from the date of apprehension; and
2. After paying the amount, submit the receipt of payment to police station where you were apprehended to update your record.
Failure to pay the abovementioned fine/s shall cause the Davao City Police to file appropriate case in court.
