Nalingaw gyud ko ug na-inspire pag-ayo sa akong pag-attend sa MAFESCA Senior Citizens Got Talent 2026 niadtong June 17.

Lingaw kaayo makita ang ilang talents, energy, ug confidence sa entablado. Tinuod gyud nga walay age limit ang pagpakita sa talento ug pag-enjoy sa kinabuhi.

Congratulations sa tanang participants ug winners! Padayon ta sa pagsuporta ug paghatag og mga opportunities para sa atong mga senior citizens nga makapadayon sa ilang aktibong pag-apil sa community.

Last June 9, I had the opportunity to meet with the Bucana Fisherfolk Federation together with PPP Partylist, JCI Davaoeña Daba-Daba, and Brgy. 76- A Bucana Barangay Kapitan Robert Olanolan to discuss the concerns, aspirations, and opportunities for our fisherfolk community.

Importante gyud nga maminaw ta sa tingog sa atong mga mangingisda kay sila usa sa mga nagahatag og kinabuhi ug pagkaon sa atong komunidad. Through open dialogue and collaboration, mas dali nato mahibal-an unsa ang mga konkretong lakang nga kinahanglan aron mas mapalambo ang ilang panginabuhian.

Through partnership and collaboration, mas mapalig-on nato ang suporta para sa ilang sektor ug mas makahatag ta og mga programa nga para sa ilang mga panginahanglan.

Sa pagdiriwang natin ng Araw ng Kalayaan, binibigyang-pugay natin ang mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay upang makamit ng ating bansa ang kasarinlan. Dahil sa kanilang katapangan at sakripisyo, patuloy nating tinatamasa ang karapatang mamuhay nang malaya at may dignidad.

Sa panahon ngayon, ang tunay na diwa ng kalayaan ay nasusukat din sa ating kakayahang harapin ang mga hamon bilang isang bayan—sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaisa, malasakit sa kapwa, at aktibong pakikilahok sa paghubog ng isang mas maunlad at makatarungang lipunan.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang araw na ito upang higit nating mahalin ang ating bayan at gampanan ang ating bahagi sa pagtataguyod ng kalayaang ipinaglaban para sa atin.

Nalipay ko nga nakauban ang Team Acosta ug ang Villarica+, Coronel, Pojas & Caharian (VCPC) Law Firm sa Brigada Eskwela sa Leon Garcia Sr. Elementary School niadtong June 4.

Sama sa matag tuig, kabahin na gyud sa among padayon nga commitment ang pag-apil sa Brigada Eskwela aron makatabang sa pag-andam sa atong mga eskwelahan alang sa bag-ong school year.

Ang Team Acosta naghatag og school supplies ug cleaning materials, samtang ang VCPC Law Firm nag-donate og pintura para sa eskwelahan. Kauban ang Team Acosta ug VCPC Law Firm, nagtinabangay mi sa pagpintura sa school building aron mas nindot ug mas komportable ang palibot alang sa atong mga estudyante.

Daghang salamat sa school administration, teachers, volunteers, ug sa tibuok Leon Garcia Sr. Elementary School community sa mainit nga pagdawat ug kooperasyon.
