Requirements

1. Letter of intent addressed to JRT FOUNDATION, INC. stating why you need the scholarship.
The letter must be endorsed by your Program
or Registration Adviser.
2. True Copy of Grades
3. Eligibility for graduation
4. Proof of Good Moral Conduct: Clearance from
the Office for Student Ethics
Certificate from the Office of Anti-Sexual
Harassment
5. Any proof of both Parents' or Guardian's
Financial Capability
(examples: recent ITR, Certificate of Non-filing
of Income, Certificate of No Income)
Note that Barangay Certificate of Indigency is
NOT accepted
6. Other relevant documents

Appeal for Free Tuition Fee (MIDYEAR AY 25-26)

1. Signed appeal letter addressed to the Chancellor,
clearly stating why you need an extension of free
tuition fee.
2. True Copy of Grades or CRS screenshot of grades
from first year.
3. Program of Study, indicating the subjects to be
taken for the remaining semesters and midyear.
(See sample Program of Study here)
4. OSE Clearance (http://bit.ly/oseclearance).
5. Any proof of both Parents' or Guardian's Financial
Capability (examples: recent ITR, Certificate of Non-
filing of Income, Certificate of No Income)

3 slots - for other degree programs

Requirements (To Upload):

1. Letter of intent addressed to Kalayaan Residence Hall '75 Alumni Association Inc. (UP KRH '75 AAI) stating why you need the scholarship. The letter must be endorsed by your Program or Registration Adviser.

2. True Copy of Grades

3. Eligibility for graduation

4. Proof of Good Moral Conduct: Clearance from the Office for Student Ethics
Certificate from the Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment

5. Any proof of both Parents' or Guardian's Financial Capability
(examples: recent ITR, Certificate of Non-filing of Income, Certificate of No Income)

5. Other relevant documents

Scholarship will start 1st semester AY 2026 - 2027. Once accepted, you are required to submit your Form 5 prior to release of the grant. The minimum academic requirement is GWA 2.5.
