🌟 𝗘𝗖𝗖𝗗 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 -𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🌟

With the theme, “Munting Bayanihan, Malaking Kinabukasan,” the CSWDO City Proper District proudly participated in the ECCD Iloilo City Synchronized Bayanihan Bulilit 2026.

This meaningful Brigada Eskwela initiative showcased the power of bayanihan as Child Development Workers, Supplementary Feeding Workers, parents, children, and barangay officials came together to prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for our young learners.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who generously shared their time, effort, and support. Your collective commitment reflects our shared goal of providing every child with the best possible start to their educational journey.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 || June 4 2026
CITY PROPER 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧

Barangay Orientation for the Solo Parent Program in line with the launching of 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗸 an Iloilo City Government intiative under the RISE-TO-ACTION Strategy Framework of Mayor Raisa S. Treńas and the implementation of RA 11861.

A Barangay Orientation was conducted with the participation of 18 barangays from City Proper District namely:

3) Rizal Estanzuela
4) Tanz Bonifacio
5) Tanza Baybay
6) Tanza Timawa I
7) Tanza Timawa 2
8) Tanza Esperanza
9) Veterans
10) Sto. Rosario
11) Gen. Hughes
12) Ortiz
13) Ma. Clara
14) Rizal Ibarra
15) Rima Rizal
16) Nonoy
17) Yulo Arroyo
18) Osmeńa
With 31 participants. The orientation was held in Barangay Hall of Brgy. Rizal Pala Pala I,City Proper, Iloilo City together with Ms. Gemma Fantilanan Solo Parent District Coordinator and with Ms. Shame Sendico and Ms. Xandra Lisa Narral Solo Parent Support Staffs of CSWDO City Proper District.

This orientation conducted by CSWDO-FAMILY AND COMMUNITY WELFARE DIVISION headed by Ms. Juna M. Alidron, RSW together with Ms. Ma. Elena Denise Gono focal person of solo parent program that aims to provide essential information to the barangay level, as they serve as the grassroots partners in delivering services under the Solo Parent Program. It will cover the benefits, qualifications, and application process for solo parents.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

On June 1, 2026, the CSWDO City Proper District conducted a validation of houses affected by fallen tree branches caused by Typhoon Domeng in Barangay Zamora Melliza, City Proper.

A total of four (4) households w/ 6 families sustained partial damage, while one (1) individual was reported injured.

We would like to thank the Barangay Officials of Barangay Zamora Melliza for their immediate response and coordination with the concerned offices for the clearing operations.

Following the validation, food assistance from the Iloilo City Government thru CSWDO - Disaster Response Management Division Iloilo City was immediately distributed to the affected families.

Together, we continue to support and assist families affected by emergencies and disasters.
