Ini nga pagpasundayag indi lang isa ka kompetisyon, kundi isa ka pagdayaw sa kabuhi sang aton mga mangingisda, sa aton tradisyon, kag sa madalom nga identidad nga aton ginhalinan. Halin sa dagat pakadto sa dalan, ang tagsa ka lihok nagasaysay sang aton kabuhi, pangabudlay, kag paglaum bilang isa ka komunidad.

Sa aton pagtiniruhay, ginapakita naton ang kusog sang pagkahiusa, talento, kag pagpalangga sa aton kultura bilang lima ka barangay nga nagahimo sang isa ka tingog
