The Local Government Unit of Kapalong officially launched the ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ, led by Mayor Edgardo L. Timbol, as part of its commitment to promoting the mental health and well-being of its employees.
The ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ serves as a support system for LGU personnel, providing a safe and supportive environment where employees can seek guidance, share concerns, and receive assistance in addressing mental health and psychosocial challenges.
Through compassion, understanding, and peer support, the team aims to foster a healthier workplace where every employee feels heard, valued, and cared for.

The Local Government Unit of Kapalong gathered key stakeholders, business owners, and partners from the agriculture sector for the creation of the Local Agri-Business Development Committee, facilitated by Consultant ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐-๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฉ.
The activity served as a venue for meaningful discussions, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among participants who contributed valuable insights and experiences toward a common goalโstrengthening Kapalongโs agricultural industry and creating greater opportunities for local producers and entrepreneurs.

The Local Government Unit of Kapalong officially convened stakeholders for the creation of the Local Agri-Business Development Committee, led by Consultant ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐-๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฉ, as part of the municipalityโs continuing efforts to strengthen the agriculture sector and create more opportunities for local farmers and producers.
The initiative aims to enhance the development, promotion, and marketability of Kapalongโs key agricultural commodities, including cacao, rice, coconut, corn, banana, and other locally produced crops. By fostering collaboration among government agencies, farmer organizations, and private sector partners, the committee seeks to improve value-adding opportunities, expand market access, and increase the competitiveness of local agricultural products.

The Human Resource Office conducted an OJT Orientation Program for on-the-job trainees from Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology, composed of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) and Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (BAT)
The program provided an overview of workplace policies, public service ethics, and accountability to help prepare the trainees for their internship at the Local Government Unit of Kapalong. It also emphasized the importance of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to responsible public service throughout their training.

Through the activities and heartfelt conversations, the team was reminded of the importance of unity, empathy, resilience, and genuine support for one another.
As the activity officially came to a close, the Kapalong CARE Team renewed its pledge and commitment to continue serving LGU employees with compassion, professionalism, and care. United by one purpose, the team remains dedicated to promoting a supportive and caring environment where every employee feels heard, valued, and understood.
