The Local Government Unit of Kapalong officially launched the 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦, led by Mayor Edgardo L. Timbol, as part of its commitment to promoting the mental health and well-being of its employees.
The 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 serves as a support system for LGU personnel, providing a safe and supportive environment where employees can seek guidance, share concerns, and receive assistance in addressing mental health and psychosocial challenges.
Through compassion, understanding, and peer support, the team aims to foster a healthier workplace where every employee feels heard, valued, and cared for.

Together, we continue to build a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being, resilience, and genuine care for one another.

Employees of the Local Government Unit of Kapalong actively participated in the Healthy Workplace Program.

As part of the program, employees took part in the Walking, Zumba, and Pickleball Activities, promoting health, wellness, camaraderie, and work-life balance. The activity encouraged employees to stay physically active while fostering stronger teamwork, positive engagement, and a healthier workplace culture.

The Local Government Unit of Kapalong gathered key stakeholders, business owners, and partners from the agriculture sector for the creation of the Local Agri-Business Development Committee, facilitated by Consultant 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚-𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐩.

The activity served as a venue for meaningful discussions, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among participants who contributed valuable insights and experiences toward a common goal—strengthening Kapalong’s agricultural industry and creating greater opportunities for local producers and entrepreneurs.

Through collective effort and partnership, the municipality continues to lay the foundation for a more competitive, sustainable, and resilient agri-business sector that will contribute to inclusive economic growth and improved livelihoods for the people of Kapalong.

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢-𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞

The Local Government Unit of Kapalong officially convened stakeholders for the creation of the Local Agri-Business Development Committee, led by Consultant 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚-𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐩, as part of the municipality’s continuing efforts to strengthen the agriculture sector and create more opportunities for local farmers and producers.

The initiative aims to enhance the development, promotion, and marketability of Kapalong’s key agricultural commodities, including cacao, rice, coconut, corn, banana, and other locally produced crops. By fostering collaboration among government agencies, farmer organizations, and private sector partners, the committee seeks to improve value-adding opportunities, expand market access, and increase the competitiveness of local agricultural products.

This milestone underscores Kapalong’s commitment to sustainable agricultural development, economic growth, and the empowerment of farming communities toward a more resilient and prosperous future.

The Human Resource Office conducted an OJT Orientation Program for on-the-job trainees from Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology, composed of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) and Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (BAT)

The program provided an overview of workplace policies, public service ethics, and accountability to help prepare the trainees for their internship at the Local Government Unit of Kapalong. It also emphasized the importance of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to responsible public service throughout their training.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 | 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲

The final day of the 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 at El-Uelo’s Place concluded with strengthened bonds, meaningful reflections, and unforgettable memories shared among team members. Through the activities and heartfelt conversations, the team was reminded of the importance of unity, empathy, resilience, and genuine support for one another.

As the activity officially came to a close, the Kapalong CARE Team renewed its pledge and commitment to continue serving LGU employees with compassion, professionalism, and care. United by one purpose, the team remains dedicated to promoting a supportive and caring environment where every employee feels heard, valued, and understood.

Indeed, the experience became a beautiful journey of friendship, growth, and shared purpose — leaving hearts inspired to continue serving with kindness and sincerity.
