𝐂- 𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝. It is a google site that can be accessed through our Bicol University email. This platform would contain organized information that can be accessed anytime, including announcements, a list of events, teaching and non-teaching staff directory, college-based organizations, the history of CBEM, and a suggestion box for the student body.

𝐀- 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥). It contains a list of potential partners and their background information that would surely help the CBOs in their future events. It will also include their functions and contact details that would properly establish connections among the organizations and partners.

𝐒- 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 through Capacity Building. It is a series of webinars/seminars that would help students discover and enhance their abilities in public speaking, speeches, and the like. It also includes fact-checking of information online that would help combat misinformation and disinformation.

A jumpacked series of webinar/seminar event for the CBEMians. A limited face/face seminar for all CBEMians where it is both actual and virtual seminar. Important topics about Financial Literacy will be tackled by both professors and guest speakers. This event will be held at least once or twice a month.

An actual skills training for the CBEMians will be held during the proposed Phinancial Literacy Awareness wherein the students will be engaged in an actual writing of the specifics of the said event.

HANDS OFF JUSTINE MESIAS!
It has come to our attention that the house of the spokesperson of Youth Act Now Against Tyranny - Bicol (YANAT-Bicol), Justine Mesias at Daraga, Albay was attacked earlier this day, May 2, 2021 at 4am by the armed forces. The attack was illegally done by 40 armed forces from CIDG and PNP. 20 of them forcefully entered the house and has done damages to it. They also allegedly planted evidences during the operation, a .45 calibre pistol and explosives.
We, BUKLOD BICOL UNIVERSITY, denounces in the strongest possible terms, harmful and illegal actions of entering the house, and putting of malicious evidence of the armed forces to our fellow BUeño, Justine Mesias. These actions will not gain a foothold on our activist leaders and the BU community. We stand against these acts and we strongly uphold that activism is not terrorism. We will continue to fight for the rights of BUeños in expressing their opinions about the government.
The lives of our BUeño activist leaders are continuously being at stake. In these times, we call for an action to the BU administration to do whatever it takes to protect the students and constituents of the university. We also urge the BU administration to disclose the Memorandum of Agreement with the Police Regional Office 5 for it provides an access for the armed forces to meddle with the personal lives of the students. The BU administration must remain steadfast in its commitment to students' rights and must demonstrate course of actions in addressing horrendous attacks on its students.
On a separate incident this morning, Sasah Sta. Rosa, the Spokesperson of Jovenes Anakbayan, and the Chairperson of Anakbayan-Naga City, was illegally arrested by uniformed personnel and was planted fi****ms and explosives in Villa Obriedo, Brgy. Cararayam, Naga City.
Meanwhile, Pastor Dan Balucio, the Spokesperson of BAYAN Bicol, was also illegally arrested this morning at San Isidro, Sto. Domingo, Albay, with the same narrative of planted evidences against activists.
