Happy Independence Day! 🇵🇭
As we celebrate the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and unity of the Filipinos who fought for our freedom. May this occasion serve as a reminder that the true spirit of independence lives on through solidarity, compassion, and advocating the rights and welfare of every citizen.
The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) joins the nation in commemorating this significant day and paying tribute to the heroes whose sacrifices paved the way for our freedom.
Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, HSAC offices are closed today, 12 June 2026 (Friday), in observance of Independence Day. Regular office operations will resume on 15 June 2026 (Monday).

Ngayong Sabado, ika-6 ng Hunyo, LIVE nating makakasama sina Ms. Lowella C. Viray, Information Technology Officer III ng Information and Communications Technology Division ng HSAC at si Atty. Rinna Rose G. Cardona-Balais, Attorney IV ng Regional Adjudication Branch No. 8
Sa unang bahagi ng programa, aalamin natin kung ano-ano ang mga hakbang na ginagawa ng HSAC para sa kanilang Digital Transformation.

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized or unfiltered digital picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025); digitally signed or electronically signed;
2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
5. Certificate of Trainings; and
6. Certification from the Human Resource Management Officer or authorized officials that the applicant is performing supervisory functions (for applicants applying for supervisory positions).
