During the session, I had the privilege of presenting and awarding resolutions that I authored recognizing and commending the topnotchers of the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET) from the 1st and 2nd Districts of Albay.

Congratulations to our awardees for this remarkable accomplishment and for bringing honor to Albay.

Spearheaded the distribution of 10 kilos of rice to indigents from Legazpi City through PBBM’s 𝗕𝗶𝘆𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮 Program, made possible through the collaboration of the Provincial Government of Albay under Governor Noel E. Rosal and the City Government of Legazpi and its CSWDO, demonstrating how the combined efforts of our national, provincial, and city governments can help bring meaningful assistance to those who need it most.
