The DTI Albay Provincial Office officially kicked off the 5th Year Implementation of the 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 (𝗖𝗙𝗜𝗗𝗣) through an 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for the 1st, 3rd, and 2nd Districts of Albay, held on May 26, May 29, and June 4, 2026, respectively.

Aimed at empowering the coconut industry, the caravans provided coconut farmers with valuable insights into the strategic plans, programs and projects of the various implementing agencies under the CFIDP. This initiative serves as a pivotal platform for farmers to maximize their access to government assistance and strengthen their competitive presence in the coconut sector.

A total of 170 dedicated coconut farmers and leaders from various Coconut Farmer Organizations, Associations, and Cooperatives (CFOs, CFAs, and CFCs) across the province actively participated, gaining direct access to program updates and development services.

The multi-district rollout was heavily enriched by interactive presentations and cross-agency collaboration. Present to support and engage with our farmers were:

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Albay Provincial Office is pleased to inform all Sales Promotion Permit and Service and Repair Enterprise (SRE) Accreditation applicants that the Integrated Registration and Information System (IRegIS)—DTI’s official online platform for permit and accreditation processing—is now available.

Through IRegIS, applicants can conveniently submit, track, and manage their applications online, ensuring a faster, more efficient, transparent, and accessible process.

📌 Sales Promotion Permit Application Guidelines: ✔ Applications covering one (1) province shall be processed by the concerned DTI Provincial Office
✔ Applications covering two (2) or more provinces, or regionwide promotions, shall be processed by the DTI Regional Office
