Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo 2026, buong dangal na nakikiisa ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Libmanan sa paggunita sa Ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Kasarinlan ng Pilipinas.

Sa makasaysayang araw na ito, ating pinupugayan ang kagitingan, katatagan, at walang pag-iimbot na pagmamahal sa bayan ng ating mga bayani na nagbuwis ng buhay upang makamtan ang kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon.

Nawa'y magsilbing tanglaw ang kanilang mga sakripisyo upang patuloy nating isabuhay ang diwa ng pagkakaisa, malasakit, at pananagutan sa ating kapwa at sa ating bayan. Sa ating sama-samang pagkilos, maitataguyod natin ang isang Libmanan at isang Pilipinas na higit na maunlad, matatag, at makatarungan para sa kasalukuyan at sa mga susunod na salinlahi.

Sa pag-alala sa ating kasaysayan, pinagtitibay natin ang ating pagkakakilanlan bilang isang malaya at nagkakaisang sambayanan.

MTCA Holds Staff Meeting to Align June Operations and Deliverables

The Municipal Tourism, Culture and the Arts Office (MTCA) conducted its regular staff meeting earlier this morning, June 1, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the MTCA Office, facilitated by Sir Art D. Cantos together with all officers and staff, as part of its continued effort to strengthen operations and ensure the timely delivery of key programs and targets for the month of June.

During the meeting, the Operations Officer, Events and Marketing Officer, HR and Communications Officer, Finance Officer, and R&D Officer presented their respective reports and updates covering ongoing activities, pending tasks, and priority deliverables.

The discussion focused on the alignment of June targets, identification of clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), setting of completion deadlines, and assignment of responsible personnel for each task to ensure efficiency and accountability across all units.

The meeting emphasized stronger coordination, improved workflow, and commitment to public service excellence as MTCA continues to implement its programs and initiatives for the municipality.
