The Municipality of Liloan is committed to supporting our community and local businesses during the State of National Energy Emergency (EO 110).

Pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-400, we are implementing temporary relief measures to ease the financial burden on our citizens.

✅ WHAT IS COVERED?
Business Permits: All penalties and surcharges for permit applications and renewals are officially WAIVED.

Water Bills: Penalties and surcharges for both residential and commercial water bills are officially WAIVED.

The Municipality of Liloan, Southern Leyte informs the general public that the five (5)-day onsite work schedules at the Municipal Government Offices will officially resume starting June 1, 2026, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

This is in accordance with Executive Order No. 24, series of 2026, issued by Honorable Jonna C. Adan, Municipal Mayor.

All offices shall strictly observe the said schedule to ensure efficient and continuous delivery of public services.

Yesterday, the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) carried out inspections and tax mapping of business establishments, including the issuance of demand letters to unregistered businesses.

The joint inspection team conducted an inspection and tax mapping of business establishments, and also issued demand letters to delinquent businesses, last March 17, 2026. 📋🔍

📣📣ATTENTION: BUSINESS OWNERS

🔊 This is to remind all entrepreneurs who have chosen the quarterly payment option for their Business Permit that the 2nd Quarter Payment is due on or before April 20, 2026.

‼️ Failure to pay by this deadline will result in:
🔺Surcharge
🔺Interest penalties

Please settle your payment at the Business One Stop Shop (BOSS/BPLO) or through authorized online payment channels immediately to avoid unnecessary penalties.

‼️ Entrepreneurs who are currently operating a business without a valid Business Permit must apply immediately. Operating without a permit is a violation of local business laws and may result in:

🔺Closure orders
🔺Legal action

Apply now at the Business Permits and Licensing Office. Late registration will also be subject to penalties.
