𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘:
Pursuant to the directives of the Office of the President under Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated 6 March 2026 to implement energy conservation measures across the national government, the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) will adopt a 4-day on-site workweek and Friday work-from-home arrangement starting 9 March 2026.
To ensure continuous delivery of services, payment transactions falling on Fridays will be available thru online channels.
Further advisories will be issued as necessary.
