📚 SPNAGIS TEACHERS PARTICIPATE IN READING NOOK ARTICULATION SESSION

Senate President Neptali A. Gonzales Integrated School (SPNAGIS) Key Stage 1 teachers, together with Principal II Ramilo P. Pascual, HT III/ASTP-Elem Maria Linda C. Pereyra, and Master Teacher I Alvie Ritchelita L. Ocon, actively participated in the Articulation Session on the Guidelines on the Establishment and Utilization of Reading Nooks held today at Eulogio Rodriguez Integrated School (ERIS).

The activity was initiated by Dr. Jean Castrence, PSDS In-Charge, and Dr. Ruby Baniqued, EPS-LRMS, in support of DepEd's literacy development initiatives. The session equipped participants with practical strategies and best practices in establishing and maximizing reading nooks as learner-centered spaces that promote reading engagement and literacy growth among young learners.

Through this initiative, SPNAGIS further strengthens its commitment to fostering a culture of reading and creating meaningful learning environments that inspire every child to become a lifelong reader.

Ang inyong suporta ay hindi lamang nakatutulong sa pagpapaganda at pagpapalinis ng ating kapaligiran, kundi nagsisilbi ring inspirasyon sa buong komunidad na makiisa para sa isang mas luntian, mas maayos, at mas kaaya-ayang kapaligiran sa pagkatuto para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

SPNAGIS Successfully Hosts JA Philippines and Cha-Ching Financial Accreditation (CCFA) Activities

Last June 16, 2026, Senate President Neptali A. Gonzales Integrated School (SPNAGIS) proudly served as the host school for the JA Philippines Alkansya Challenge, Poster-Making Contest, and Cha-Ching Financial Accreditation (CCFA) activities.

The event brought together learners in a meaningful celebration of financial literacy, providing opportunities to develop essential skills in saving, budgeting, and responsible financial decision-making. Through creative and engaging activities, participants demonstrated their understanding of financial concepts while fostering a culture of financial responsibility at an early age.

SPNAGIS remains committed to supporting programs that empower learners with lifelong skills and prepare them to become informed, responsible, and financially literate citizens.

Today, SPNAGIS was honored to receive the monitoring team composed of Dr. Jean Castrence, PSDS In-Charge, Dr. Ruby Baniqued, EPS-LRMS, and Dr. Ruth Dela Cruz, EPS in Mathematics. Their visit provided valuable guidance and insights that help ensure our programs, systems, and learning environment remain responsive to the needs of our learners.

Today, June 18, 2026, the students, faculty, and staff of Senate President Neptali A. Gonzales Integrated School (SPNGIS) actively participated in the 2nd Quarter National School Emergency Drill (NSED) 2026.

Through regular practice of the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" protocol and orderly evacuation procedures, we continue to strengthen our disaster preparedness and ensure a safe learning environment for every Batang Wais.

SPNAGIS Strengthens School Security Through POSD Personnel Meeting

June 17, 2026 — POSD personnel gathered for a meeting to reiterate their vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and orderliness of the school. Key responsibilities such as campus monitoring, visitor regulation, emergency response, enforcement of school policies, and protection of learners, personnel, and school property were emphasized. The meeting also reinforced the importance of professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and commitment to duty in maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for all.
