Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to accommodate everyone during the originally scheduled distribution of school supplies. To ensure that all listed beneficiaries have the opportunity to claim their supplies, we have decided to extend and reschedule the time of distribution.

🕔 New Schedule: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (June 7, 2026)

For those who were unable to claim their school supplies during the previous schedule, you may still do so on the rescheduled time.

Please bring the following requirements (Xerox or printed copy):
🔸 Copy of Birth Certificate
🔸 Any proof of residency
🔸 Any proof that the student is currently enrolled (Official Receipt, Registration Form, Class List, School ID, Screenshot of Group Chat, etc.)
🔸 Copy of a valid ID of the parent

Please be informed that the schedule for the release of school supplies has been moved to 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

For those who were listed but were unable to claim their school supplies yesterday, you may still claim them today.

Kindly bring the following requirements:
