The Commission on Audit would like to remind USG Units that all required revisions for the Term-End Reports (TER) for Term 2, A.Y. 2025–2026 have already been communicated to each unit. Units are therefore expected to comply with their respective assigned deadlines for submission.

For reference, kindly review the previous emails sent by the Commission’s officers regarding your unit’s specific TER revisions and deadlines.

The Commission on Audit sent the Notice of Disengagement (NOD) last April 23, 2026 to USG units who failed to acknowledge both the Letter of Request for Documents and the Letter of Demand.

Please be reminded that all units who received the letter are required to reply to the Notice of Disengagement TODAY, April 25, 2026 (Saturday).

The Commission on Audit has sent the Letter of Demand (LOD) to USG units who failed to respond to the Letter of Request for Documents (LORD).

Please be reminded that all units who have received the LOD are expected to acknowledge the letter on or before April 22, 2026 (Wednesday).

Please be informed that the Document Collection Period for Term 2, A.Y. 2025-2026 has officially begun. As such, the Letter of Request for Documents (LORD) has been sent to all USG units via email.

Kindly be reminded that USG units are requested to submit the full Term-End Report during the stated deadlines. Further information may be found in the aforementioned letter.
