📢 Strengthening Disease Surveillance in Manila

The JRRMMC Public Health Unit (PHU) Disease Surveillance Officers (Ms. Iligan and Mr. Anastacio) actively participated in the Consultative and Coordinative Meeting on Strengthening Disease Surveillance in the City of Manila held on June 17, 2026.

This activity provided an opportunity to enhance coordination, share updates, and discuss strategies for improving disease surveillance, reporting, and response mechanisms across the city. Through collaboration and continuous capacity building, JRRMMC PHU remains committed to supporting a stronger and more responsive public health surveillance system for the people of Manila.

Together, we strengthen surveillance, protect communities, and promote public health.

✅ Hakbang 1: Ang PHU Staff, Patient Navigator, o Health Care Worker ng referring facility ang dapat magsagawa ng HCPN Referral Form o mag-scan ng QR code.
✅ Hakbang 2: Punan ang lahat ng kinakailangang detalye at hintayin ang tawag o mensahe mula sa JRRMMC PHU Navigator sa pamamagitan ng Viber.
✅ Hakbang 3: Kung kinakailangan, maaaring humiling ang PHU Navigator ng karagdagang dokumento o impormasyon.
✅ Hakbang 4: Kapag tinanggap na para sa transfer:
🔹 Ihanda at kumpletuhin ang HCPN Two-Way Referral Form, signed waiver, at iba pang kinakailangang dokumento.
