Patuloy pang lumakas ang Bagyong na binabantayan sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ayon sa DOST-PAGASA as of 5 a.m. ngayong Miyerkules, Sept. 24.

Huli itong namataan sa layong 880 km silangan ng Northeastern Mindanao at may maximum wind na 65 km/h at pagbugso na 80 km/h.

Samantala, tuluyan nang lumabas sa PAR ang Super Typhoon na huling namataan sa layong 760 km kanluran ng Basco, Batanes.

THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY: “Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Quezon, Batangas, Cavite, Rizal, and Laguna within the next 2 hours,” according to PAGASA as of 7:10 PM.

Meanwhile, the above conditions are being experienced in Tarlac (Mayantoc, San Jose, Santa Ignacia, Camiling, Moncada) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas, the weather bureau added.
