HOW TO REGISTER?

1. Visit https://tinyurl.com/DASURECOAGMA2023

2. Make sure you are signed in on your email account and accomplish all the fields of the online form correctly.

Fill in your email address, Account Number, Membership ID (if may), Power Bill Account Name, Spouse Name, Address, and Cellphone Number.

3. Upload Photo of your ID
(i.e. National ID, PRC, Driver’s License, SSS, GSIS, Senior Citizen, Voter’s, Postal, Passport)

4. Click Submit and wait for a confirmation message of your registration through email.

Your online registration will undergo verification after following the steps above. DASURECO will notify you of your successful online registration through the email address you provided.

Online registration will run from July 5-25, 2023.
