In a collaborative effort to bridge communication gaps and reach far-flung areas, the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 - 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 joined the Barangay Information Caravan held in 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐬, 𝐏𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭, 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲. Spearheaded by the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻, the initiative invited various government agencies to unite their services, ensuring that vital programs and accessible information are delivered straight to the heart of remote communities.

During the activity, 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 discussed the Rights of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and the listed requirements under DAR Administrative Orders No. 4 and No. 8. Concurrently, a dedicated 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐤 was set up, led by 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐏𝐎) 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐐. 𝐃𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐥𝐢, to address immediate queries and provide direct assistance to the residents, helping beneficiaries better understand their rights and the legal processes under the agrarian reform program.

The event highlighted the 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 of participating government agencies to bring public services directly to the people, empowering remote communities through accessible information, informed decision-making, and meaningful public service.

Malampusong gipahigayon ang 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 alang sa mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) gikan sa Davao City, Davao del Sur, ug Davao Occidental sa 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦. Ang maong kalihokan nagsilbing higayon aron mahatod ang nagkadaiyang suporta ug serbisyo alang sa mga mag-uuma sa rehiyon.

Lakip sa mga natunol ang 𝟏𝟎𝟒 𝐄-𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 alang sa seguridad sa yuta, 𝟏,𝟓𝟎𝟏 𝐂𝐨𝐂𝐑𝐨𝐌𝐬 nga nagpasabot sa 𝐏𝐇𝐏 𝟏𝟕𝟖.𝟑 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐨𝐧 nga gipapas nga obligasyon, 𝐏𝐇𝐏 𝟒.𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐨𝐧 nga kantidad sa farm machinery para sa pito ka organisasyon, ug pinansyal nga tabang pinaagi sa ALERT ARBOs, Agrisenso Plus, ug Financial Relief Program alang sa mga naapektuhan sa linog.

Kini nga mga programa nagpamatuod sa nagpadayon ug lig-on nga paningkamot sa paghatag og oportunidad ug suporta aron masiguro ang mas malig-on nga panginabuhian ug mas masanag nga kaugmaon alang sa atong mga mag-uuma.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni Regional Director Joseph Orilla, MPSA, na ang pamamahagi ng e-titles at COCROMs ay isang makasaysayang hakbang tungo sa tunay na repormang agraryo. Aniya, ito ay pagpapatibay sa karapatan ng mga magsasaka sa lupang kanilang sinasaka at pagbibigay sa kanila ng mas matatag na pundasyon para sa kaunlaran ng kanilang pamilya at komunidad.

DARPO Davao City PBDD and Provincial Field Implementers enhanced their understanding and application of the ARBO Governance and Leadership Assessment Tool and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to strengthen 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜.

A highlight of the workshop was the 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢-𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 conducted in New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City, where participants carried out interviews and assessments to evaluate the governance and development status of the 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The information gathered is essential in identifying the needs of ARBOs and in providing appropriate 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮-𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨.

Pinangunahan nina DAR Undersecretary Amihilda J. Sangcopan at Regional Director Joseph Orilla, MPSA, ang pagkakaloob ng mga makinarya at kagamitang pansaka sa mga ARBO sa Rehiyon ng Davao. Ang tulong na ito ay inaasahang magpapataas ng produksyon, magpapababa ng gastusin sa pagsasaka, at magpapalakas sa kabuhayan ng mga ARB at kanilang mga organisasyon.

A 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝟒-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐓 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 cm 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐒𝐎𝐬 | May 25-28, 2026

As part of the implementation of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office–Davao City (DARPO-DC), together with representatives from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), participated in a four-day problem-solving and consultation activity held at Apo View Hotel. The activity served as a venue for stakeholders to engage in meaningful discussions, raise concerns, and strengthen collaboration in support of the project's objectives.

The workshop featured presentations on key components of the SPLIT Project, including the parcelization process, Administrative Order No. 2, Series of 2024, and related legal provisions discussed by Atty. Juancho P. Calud and Atty. Joeffrey C. Sustiguer. Other topics included the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) presented by Ms. Vanessa Cosma R. Adan, DAR Support Services discussed by CARPO Divino C. Dalanon, and Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS) tackled by Felimon Lina Jr.

On the final day, ARDO/PARPO II Jupiter S. Arandela Jr. led the presentation of the Problems, Issues, Needs, and Concerns (PINCs) raised by participants from various provinces across the region. Through workshop sessions and open discussions with concerned officials, participants were given the opportunity to share challenges, exchange insights, and propose recommendations and possible solutions to further strengthen the effective implementation of the SPLIT Project.
