People's Law Enforcement Board - Bagong Alabang Muntinlupa City

An orientation on RA 9262 VAW-C Law and RA 9344 Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act was held at PNP Muntinlupa HQ, Laguerta, Brgy. Poblacion, Muntinlupa City on September 3, 2025.

PEMS Shella Pascasio gave key points in handling VAW-C cases, Child At Risk (CAR), and Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL).

The objective of the orientation was to capacitate and align the barangay mechanisms (Lupon, VAW-C Desk, Makabata, and Barangay Pulis) with the mandates of RA 9262 and RA 9344, ensuring they can respond effectively, lawfully, and sensitively to cases of violence against women, children at risk, and children in conflict with the law.

It was participated by Barangay Alabang and Barangay Ayala Alabang's Katarungang Pambarangay, VAW-C/MAKABATA, and Barangay Pulis.
