Please be informed that we are currently experiencing internet connectivity issues through our Internet Service Provider MPLS service, affecting selected Land Transportation Office (LTO) District Offices nationwide.
We wish to clarify that the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) itself is not affected. However, due to the internet disruption, there will be temporary delays in transaction processing at the impacted district offices.
Our technical team is actively coordinating with the Internet Service Provider to restore the internet connection at the earliest possible time, which will resolve the processing delays.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your transactions and operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue promptly.
