ZUMBA COMPETITION GUIDELINES: (December 17, 2025)
Minimum of 7 members and maximum of 15 members per team.
Routine must be 3–5 minutes long.
Music must be clean (no profanity or inappropriate content).
Costumes must be appropriate, modest, comfortable, and safe for movement.
Props are allowed but must be non-hazardous, lightweight, and easy to manage.
No dangerous stunts or lifts are allowed during the performance.
