Every child has potential. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Every child is unique. Every child learns differently, with strengths, interests, and dreams waiting to be discovered and nurtured.

Through CAREvan, children with disabilities and their families are connected to support systems, and opportunities that help them reach their full potential.

Together, we are building a more and a future where every child is valued, empowered, and given the chance to succeed.

๐ˆ๐ ๐๐‡๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐’: During the 2026 Jollibee Group Mid-Year Economic Briefing on June 16, Undersecretary Rosemarie G. Edillon, on behalf of DEPDev Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan, delivered the keynote presentation highlighting the governmentโ€™s key economic priorities.

These priorities include adopting a whole-of-government approach to mitigate external risks and contain inflationary pressures; accelerated implementation of high-impact infrastructure projects to strengthen connectivity and job creation; and stronger institutions and governance to restore public trust and sustain investor confidence.

Undersecretary Rosemarie G. Edillon conveyed the Secretaryโ€™s message that the countryโ€™s sound macroeconomic fundamentals, resilient domestic demand, and growing services sector have placed the economy in a stronger position than in previous decades, even as geopolitical tensions, shifting trade relationships, financial uncertainty, and climate-related risks weigh on the global outlook.

Secretary Balisacan also underscored the importance of investing in human capital to fully harness the countryโ€™s demographic advantage, particularly its young population and growing working middle class, which underpin domestic demand and productivity.

Undersecretary Edillon was joined by John Lagman, Macro Strategist of Bloomberg, and Ron Reyes, Lead Economist of the Jollibee Group, during the presentation of Secretary Balisacanโ€™s keynote message.
