The Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning and Development Bureau (ELUPDB) conducted its 2026 Mid-Year Performance Review and Catch-Up Planning on June 2โ3, 2026, at the DHSUD Building in Quezon City. The event convened all ELUPDB divisions and project officers.
The activity assessed the Bureau's performance from January to June 2026 and served as a venue to develop catch-up plans for delayed activities and unmet targets. It also reevaluated priority programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) to adjust targets based on current needs. Furthermore, the Bureau revisited its work plan and budget utilization plan to drive overall system improvements.
Following this, the DHSUD-ELUPDB and the Environmental Land Use Planning and Development Divisions (ELUPDDs) conducted a regional-level mid-year assessment and planning session on June 4, 2026, via Zoom Meetings. The virtual session discussed the first-semester performance report for 2026, the status of PLANADO budget utilization, prevailing issues and concerns, and the current status of data collection across regional offices.
The DHSUD-ELUPDB remains fully committed to delivering efficient and high-quality services to the public.

This World Environment Day, itโs time to rethink what infrastructure means. Trees are not just part of the landscapeโthey are essential systems that help cities function.
From cooling our streets and reducing flood risks to improving air quality and well-being, urban trees play a vital role in building safer, more livable communities.
When integrated into land use and urban planning, green spaces become part of a cityโs infrastructureโworking alongside roads, drainage, and public services.
Letโs plan cities that grow with nature.
