Official Statement on Premium Adjustment

Today marks another significant milestone through a Handover Ceremony, unique to East Ave Medical Center. The signed contracts were accepted by our "champions" in their respected field of specialty. They are our multidisciplinary team for the 4 new Z Benefit packages :
1. ALL for children
2. Children with visual disabilities
3. Premature and small newborns
4. Peritoneal dialysis or PD First.

Indeed, the beginning was an uphill and difficult journey to be a contracted as a Z-Ben Service Provider. Not known to many of us , the most challenging part was the conduct of the pre-survey by the team of experts from PRO NCR- Accreditation headed by Dra Coracel Ontalan, Ms Melissa Agito and Ms Maricel Malaya.

This simple but meaningful ceremony was attended by our medical center chief, Dr Alfonso G. Nunez. This was also witnessed by Ms Marietta M. Cruz, our Finance Head and representing Ms Filomena Intong Juguilon, Chief of the Nursing Division, is Ms Jane Cruz, Assistant Chief Nurse.
