Your incredible commitment to responsible pet ownership shines brightly, as we successfully administered anti-rabies vaccinations to over 120 pets and provided safe, free spay and neuter surgeries to 26 beloved furry companions. Our community is undoubtedly safer, healthier, and happier because of your love for your pets.

Calling all fur parents and pet lovers! 📣

The Office of Coun. Chuckie Antonio, in partnership with Barangay Milagrosa and the Quezon City Government through the City Veterinary Department, invites all residents to the Barangay Milagrosa Pet Care Program on June 4, 2026 (Thursday), from 8:30 AM to 12:00 NN at the Barangay Milagrosa People’s Park Stage.

This community initiative aims to promote responsible pet ownership and provide essential veterinary services for our beloved furry companions.

Residents who wish to avail of the Spay and Neuter services are advised to secure their slot on the day of the event, as slots will be limited and accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗:
🔹Spay
🔹Anti-Rabies Vaccination
🔹Neuter
🔹Animal Microchipping

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
🔹 Barangay Milagrosa residents will be prioritized during the event. Other Barangay residents will still be accommodated.
🔹Walk-ins are all welcome, especially for anti-rabies vaccination and microchipping.
🔹First come, First serve basis

𝗦𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
🔹 Only for ASPIN Male Dogs, Male Cats (1.5kgs & above) and Female Cats (2kgs & above). First 50 pets only.
🔹Pets fasted for 8 hours or above.
🔹Pets must be healthy, not pregnant, not lactating, no ticks & fleas.
🔹Pets must be 6 months but not more than 3 years old only.
🔹Cut-off time is 12:00 noon or after the slots are completed.
🔹 Pets must not give birth on the last 3 months and not taking any medication
🔹Surgery consent form will be given during the registration.
