LOOK: The PNP Engineering Service, led by PCOL LAUDEMER N LLANETA, Acting Director, and PCOL JOSEPH ADELBERT A ALIÑO, Acting Chief of Staff, participated in the PNP Logistics Family Conference for the 1st Semester CY 2026 on June 19, 2026, at the Maringal Hall, Forensic Group, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame.
As a vital functional unit under the Directorate for Logistics, the PNP ES presented its major milestones and accomplishments aligned with the PNP Focused Agenda.
During the presentation of awards, the PNP ES was conferred a Certificate of Recognition for its outstanding contributions in facilitating donation initiatives. Indeed, these efforts directly support the CPNP's Focused Agenda on Resource Management, realizing organizational efficiency and operational success across the police force.

LOOK | PCOL LAUDEMER N LLANETA, AD, ES, together with PCOL JOSEPH ADELBERT A ALIÑO, ACS, ES, attended a Product Seminar and Workshop Tour at Pacific Paint (BOYSEN) Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City on June 10, 2026.

The activity enhanced the participants' knowledge of contemporary paint technologies and modern finishing systems, highlighting wall and surface preparation, product application, curing, and maintenance.

Conducted in line with the CPNP's directive, the activity provided valuable insights into alternative floor finishing solutions, including self-leveling epoxy, specialized coatings, and other modern concrete-based finishes.

LOOK: PCOL LAUDEMER N LLANETA, AD, ES, and PCOL JOSEPH ADELBERT A ALIÑO, ACS, ES, attended the Contractors Forum for the Construction of the New PNP NHQ Building on June 2, 2026, at the DL Main Conference Room, that was presided by PCOL GIOVANNI HYCENTH H CALIAO, C, RPMD, DL.

The forum was participated online by contractors, purposely to be informed of the project details and discuss the PNP Conceptual Design and Terms of Reference.

The activity provided a venue to elicit recommendations and insights on the Design and Build scheme of procurement and construction methodologies.

The active participation of the PNP Engineering Service underscores its commitment for excellence in the planning, management, and implementation of PNP infrastructure programs while strengthening collaboration with active stakeholders.

LOOK | PCOL LAUDEMER N LLANETA, AD, ES/Chairman, TWG on the Revision of Quartering Policy, presided over the review of quartering fee payments on May 29, 2026 (Friday) at the ES Conference Room, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City, in compliance with the directive of the TCDS.

The meeting was attended by members of the Technical Working Group and representatives from the DPRM, DL, FS, and HSS to discuss initiatives aimed at enhancing the management and administration of PNP quartering facilities.

During the meeting, participants exchanged insights and recommendations in support of the ongoing revision of the Quartering Policy, with the goal of improving the sustainability, maintenance, and overall quality of quartering facilities for PNP personnel and their families.

The activity reflects the PNP’s continuing commitment to providing safe, well-maintained, and sustainable living facilities while promoting transparency, accountability, and the welfare of its personnel.

The activity, initiated by PCOL LLANETA, serves as an oversight mechanism of the PNP Engineering Service to ensure that the facility is ready for occupancy, safe, and conducive to work.
