✅Weighs at least 52 kg or 114 lbs

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼:
✅Get enough rest.
✅Avoid alcohol 24 hours before donation.
✅Eat a healthy meal and stay hydrated.

Always First, Always Ready, Always There even in UP Fair 2026!❤️‍🩹🎶

From April 15–18, 2026 of this year's UP Fair, the UP Red Cross Youth First Aid Booth was on standby all four days, providing immediate care, assistance, and a safe space for fairgoers in need.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all the volunteers who dedicated their time, energy, and skills across the four-day fair. Your willingness to serve, even in long demanding shifts and big crowds, made this initiative possible and impactful.

Last March 7, 9, 14, and 16, UP RCY volunteers geared up through refresher trainings—sharpening first aid skills, boosting emergency response, and making sure we’re ready for anything the fair brings. 💪⛑️

From lectures to drills to teamwork, every session brought us one step closer to delivering safe and smooth UP Fair nights! 🎶🔥
