You may now submit your applications for transfer to Voluntary Shifting-Out (VSO) status or appeals for an extension of VSO status for Midyear AY 2025-2026

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙑𝙎𝙊 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙨?
VSO status is for students who plan to shift out of the College of Engineering but have yet to gain admission to their target program in UP. This status allows you to enroll in subjects outside your original curriculum which provide you with the flexibility to prepare for your desired shift. VSO status is only good for 3 semesters, including midyear.

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙮?
Students who have completed at least one semester in the university and are in good academic standing (passed at least 75% of the total units enrolled in the previous semester), are eligible to apply for VSO status.
