SAS Memorandum Order No. 010-2026 reminds all colleges, concerned offices, and student applicants to submit the complete documentary requirements for the 59th Institutional Student Recognition Program 2026. July 8, 2026 (Wednesday) is the final deadline for the submission of complete documentary requirements
All application forms must be printed on long bond paper (8.5" × 13"), duly endorsed by the respective College Dean or Head of Office, and submitted together with all supporting documents to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (SAS).
Only applicants with complete requirements and proper endorsement shall be evaluated. Incomplete, late, or unendorsed submissions shall automatically be disqualified.

Recent incidents involving student activities serve as a solemn reminder of the importance of prioritizing the safety, security, and welfare of our students at all times. In response, the Office reiterates the need for comprehensive planning, proactive risk management, and strict adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements in the conduct of all student activities.
Accordingly, all concerned offices and activity proponents are directed to strengthen existing safeguards through the implementation of the following measures:
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments prior to the approval of activities;
• Review and update existing policies in accordance with CHED guidelines and institutional standards;
• Submit detailed activity plans with contingency and emergency response measures;
• Ensure adequate faculty supervision and clear accountability mechanisms;
• Verify venue safety and emergency preparedness arrangements;
• Prohibit high-risk activities without appropriate risk mitigation strategies;
• Strengthen informed consent procedures involving students and parents/guardians;
• Conduct mandatory pre-activity safety briefings for all participants;
• Establish incident reporting and post-activity evaluation mechanisms; and
• Observe the timely submission of all documentary requirements prior to endorsement to the President and CHED. Activity proposals requiring CHED approval must be submitted at least one (1) month before the intended date of implementation.
The safety and well-being of our students remain our highest priority. All concerned are expected to exercise due diligence and uphold the highest standards of care in the planning, approval, implementation, and monitoring of student activities.

SAS Memorandum Order No. 008-2026 prohibits the conduct of all on-campus and off-campus student activities during the semestral break from June 15, 2026 to August 9, 2026. Requests for student activities within the said period shall not be accepted.
𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞
Only students with official business shall be allowed entry to the campus during the semestral break, including:
• Requesting, claiming, and submission of academic and administrative documents;
• Submission of requirements for the Institutional Student Recognition;
• Release and claiming of graduation toga;
• Settlement of academic obligations; and
• Submission of the Final Accomplishment Report and Annual Financial Report of recognized student organizations.
Students entering the Institute for college accreditation activities or official business of the ISG and EFSC must secure the necessary endorsements and approvals.
All students allowed entry shall observe the existing Interim Guidelines on Grooming and Uniform Policy, wear proper civilian attire, and present their valid school identification cards.
This Memorandum shall take effect from June 15, 2026 to August 9, 2026.

SAS Memorandum Order No. 007-2026 requires all College-Based Organizations (CBOs), Institutional, Political, and Religious Organizations to undergo the recognition and renewal of accreditation process for School Year 2026–2027 in accordance with the official procedures and schedule set by the Office of Student Affairs and Services (SAS).
𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
All recognized student organizations for S.Y. 2025–2026 are required to submit their 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 and 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 to SAS through the ISG on or before 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, including organizations with pending accomplishment reports from previously approved activities. This is to ensure proper documentation and turnover of organizational records and funds.

– ISG and SAS shall review the submitted documents.
– Organizations shall be informed of deficiencies, corrections, and additional compliance requirements, if any.

The Guidelines on the Selection of Student Awards for the 59th Institutional Student Recognition Program will be released soon.
Students are advised to await the official publication of the guidelines, including the qualifications, requirements, and selection criteria for the various student awards.
