Ang kalihokan gitambongan sa magkadilaing ahensya sa gobyerno ug mga recruitment agencies alang sa overseas ug local employment, aron makahatag ug mas daghang oportunidad sa trabaho ug mga serbisyo ngadto sa mga lumulupyo sa Baybay City ug sa mga kasikbit nga lungsod.

Sa iyang mensahe, gipasiugda ni Vice Mayor Ernesto M. Butawan ang panaghiusa sa komunidad pinaagi sa pahayag nga, "Magkuyog tang tanan sa kalambuan."
