The Embassy of Denmark extends its deepest sympathies and solidarity to Filipinos who were affected by the devastating earthquake that struck Mindanao today, 08 June.

Our thoughts are with those who have lost loved ones, those injured, and families whose homes and livelihoods have been severely impacted.

Denmark stands with the Filipino people during this challenging time. We hope for a swift recovery and the rebuilding of the affected communities.

Today, we celebrate 177 years of Denmark’s democracy, safeguarding basic rights such as freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and the right to vote.

This year's Constitution Day comes just days after Denmark formed a new government, making it a timely reminder of the importance of democratic institutions and civic participation.

Denmark has a new government! 🇩🇰​

Mette Frederiksen has been re-elected as Prime Minister of Denmark. The new minority government now consists of the Social Democratic Party, Green Left, the Danish Social Liberal Party and the Moderates.

We look forward to the continued leadership of Lars Løkke Rasmussen as Danish Foreign Minister, especially in our work in strengthening the relations between Denmark and the Philippines.

About the Role:
As Handyman and Driver, you will mainly focus on the day-today maintenance and professional upkeep of the Embassy and official residences. The candidate is expected to have a good communication skill in English and a working knowledge on electrical, plumbing and carpentry works. As a driver, you will also be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and professional transportation services to the Embassy staff and official visitors, when required.
