ADVISORY | In observance of the Philippine Independence Day on 12 June, the CSC Regional Office IX and its Field Offices in the cities of Zamboanga, Pagadian, Dipolog and its Satellite Office in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay shall adopt the following work schedule:

ADVISORY | In line with the Civil Service Commissionโs mandate to maintain an accurate and updated database of government human resources through the Inventory of Government Human Resources System (IGHRS), all agencies are enjoined to submit their updated semestral reports as of 30 June 2026.
Human Resource Management Officers (HRMO) are reminded to ensure the timely and complete submission of the Plantilla of Personnel, List of Casual and Contractual Employees, and List of Employees Hired under Job Order/Contract of Service using the MS Excel format. All required fields must be properly accomplished to avoid report invalidation.
Failure to submit the required semestral reports within the prescribed period may constitute administrative liability warranting the initiation of the appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the official or employee that caused such failure or delay in submission.

ADVISORY | To all examinees of the 07 June 2026 FOE & POE, you may now check your school and room assignment through the Online Notice of School Assignment (ONSA).
Should you experience problems in accessing the ONSA, you may check the complete list of examinees by scanning the QR code provided.
Note that the alphalist is EXCLUSIVE only for those who will take the examination in the cities of Zamboanga and Pagadian.
Please be advised of the following:
(1) NO I.D. CARD/DOCUMENT, NO EXAM.
(2) STRICTLY USE ONLY THE EXAMINEE NUMBER ASSIGNED as found in the Examinee Attendance Sheet. Moreover, IMPROPER SHADING OF EXAMINEE, OR UNSHADED EXAMINEE NUMBER on the Answer Sheet shall invalidate the examination. As such, the examination shall be CANCELLED.
(3) Be at the testing venue not later than 7:45 A.M.
(4) Wear proper attire on examination day, preferably plain white shirt/tops. Examinees wearing SLEEVELESS SHIRT/BLOUSE, SHORTS/SHORT PANTS, TOKONG PANTS, RIPPED JEANS, and SLIPPERS will NOT be ALLOWED to enter the exam venue.
(5) Wearing of FACE MASKS shall be OPTIONAL/VOLUNTARY.
(6) Examinees are encouraged to use transparent bag.
PROHIBITED ACTS:
BRINGING IN EXAMINEE'S SEAT/KEEPING IN EXAMINEE'S POCKETS/WEARING AND/OR USING:
- CALCULATOR of any type/kind, including watch calculator;
- MOBILE PHONES and other DIGITAL/WEARABLE DEVICES (whether turned on or off); AND
- ANY PIECE OF PAPER (including the Application Receipt and/or Official Receipt), or ANY PART OF BODY/SKIN or CLOTHING for SCRATCH WORK, or WRITING UNNECESSARY MARKINGS.
- TAKING PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO RECORD of any part/section of the Test Booklet, Answer Sheet, or any examination-related forms/materials.
- TEARING ANY PAGE of the TEST BOOKLET, MAKING COPIES of the examination questions and/or answers, COMPARING OR COPYING notes or answers with and of other examinees, USING CRIB SHEETS, and any other form of cheating in civil service examination.
- BRINGING of the TEST BOOKLET or ANSWER SHEET, OUTSIDE of the TESTING ROOM.
The examination of those who are caught committing/engaging in any of the abovementioned Prohibited Acts SHALL BE CANCELLED.
Moreover, you are required to bring the following on examination day:
- ID CARD (original) - preferably the same ID card presented during the filing of application. If ID card has no date of birth, examinees should also bring original copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority, or the Local Civil Registry.
- Only BLACK BALL PEN/s shall be used in the examination. Pencils and any other kinds of pen such as gel pen, sign pen, fountain pen, friction pen, etc., including other colors of ball pen, are not allowed.
In addition, you may also bring the following:
- PERSONAL ALCOHOL/HAND SANITIZER (not more than 100 ml in size.)
Examinee may also opt to bring water in a clear/transparent container, and/or candies/biscuits.
- APPLICATION RECEIPT and/or CSC OFFICIAL RECEIPT (Note: It would be ideal for examinees to bring either or both items, which shall be used in taking note of the Examinee Number for later use in accessing the OCSERGS to be able to generate individual examination rating. But this is not mandatory and is not a requirement for admission.)
