Today, Honourable Vice Chairman 𝐂𝐡. 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐟 𝐈𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐧 and Chairman Executive Committee 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐙𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐫, along with the Worthy Members, Islamabad Bar Council 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐰𝐚 and 𝐂𝐡. 𝐇𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐳 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐘𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐛, accorded a warm welcome to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤, Advocate General ICT and Chairman, Islamabad Bar Council, at the office of the Islamabad Bar Council.

The Members extended their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤 on his prestigious appointment as Advocate General ICT and expressed their confidence in his visionary leadership, professional excellence, and unwavering commitment to the legal fraternity.

On this occasion, the members reaffirmed their belief that under his leadership, meaningful and dedicated efforts will continue to be made for the welfare, betterment, and strengthening of the legal community, while further promoting and safeguarding the dignity, integrity, and prestige of the legal profession.

Today, the concluding lecture of the Bar Vocational Course (Session 16) was delivered by 𝐂𝐡. 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐟 𝐈𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐧, Vice Chairman Islamabad Bar Council / Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.

He addressed the new entrants on the subject of Civil Trials, highlighting the practical aspects of civil litigation, courtroom procedure, and the essential skills required for effective conduct of civil cases. The session proved to be highly informative and valuable for the participants as they prepare to enter the legal profession.

With the successful completion of Session 16, Islamabad Bar Council reaffirms its commitment to the professional training and development of newly enrolled lawyers and extends its appreciation to all the learned speakers who contributed to the course.

Today, the 10th lecture of the Bar Vocational Course (Session 16) was delivered by Mr. Junaid Akhtar Chochan, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.

He addressed the new entrants on the subject of Legal Drafting, emphasizing the importance of precise and effective drafting in legal practice. The lecture covered essential drafting techniques, professional standards, and practical aspects of preparing legal documents. The session proved to be highly informative and beneficial for the participants in developing their professional skills.

Today, in continuation of the Bar Vocational Course (Session 16), the 7th lecture was delivered by Mr. Abdur Raheem Bhatti, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.

He addressed the new entrants on the subject of Service Laws, providing a comprehensive overview of their practical application, fundamental principles, and evolving jurisprudence. The session proved to be highly informative and significantly contributed to enhancing the participants’ understanding of service-related legal frameworks.

Today, in the ongoing Bar Vocational Course (Session 16), the 6th lecture was delivered by the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwar, Judge, Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan.

His Lordship addressed the new entrants on the subject of Islamic Jurisprudence, providing valuable insight into its principles, development, and contemporary relevance within the legal framework.
The session was highly informative and greatly beneficial for the participants in strengthening their understanding of foundational legal concepts.
