RTO Rawalpindi, Unit 1, Jhelum Zone has seized *one* vehicle transporting Third Schedule goods violating Mandatory Retail Price (MRP) compliance during enforcement in the Jhelum zone.

The seized consignment included *mattresses* supplied without the proper MRP label as required by tax laws.

The action is part of RTO Rawalpindi’s drive to curb tax evasion and ensure strict MRP compliance. Legal proceedings are being initiated against violators.

RTO Rawalpindi, Unit 1, Jhelum Zone urges manufacturers, importers, and suppliers to comply with MRP and retail tax rules to avoid penalties.
