Section 37, PERA Act 2024

No person shall make any encroachment, movable or immovable, on any State property.

Public land is meant for public use. Encroachments restrict access, disrupt public spaces, and undermine the rule of law. Through awareness and enforcement, PERA remains committed to protecting State property and ensuring that public assets remain available for the benefit of all citizens.
