A key step forward for Punjab's livestock sector.
The Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Government of Punjab, held the bid opening meeting to engage transaction advisory services for the Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) Vaccination Plant in Lahore under the PPP mode.
The Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A) is fully facilitating the Department at every stage of the project supporting efforts to strengthen animal health and the dairy and livestock value chain across Punjab.

An orientation session on the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Framework was held with the Commissioner Sargodha, Deputy Commissioners, and senior officers of Sargodha Division โ coming together to explore innovative solutions for stronger public infrastructure and better service delivery across the region.
The conversation centred on high-impact PPP opportunities in key sectors โ including slaughterhouses, public toilets, bus stands, food streets, tourism initiatives, Sasta Bazaars, and animal markets. Together, participants explored how private sector expertise and investment can drive sustainable, citizen-centric projects that fuel local economic growth and improve urban services.
P4A remains committed to building effective partnerships that create lasting value for communities and advance Punjab's development agenda.
