π± Taking time to pause, reflect, and care for oneβs well-being is an important part of growth.
TAP participants attended three meaningful personal growth and wellness workshops that offered valuable insights into mental and physical well-being.
π§ The first was a mindfulness workshop with Ibasho Mindfulness, by Joy Chua, where participants explored breathing techniques, meditation practices, and practical mindfulness tools for daily life.
π¬ The second was an engaging stress management workshop led by Anthony Yeo, school counsellor from Temasek Polytechnic, featuring interactive discussions and role-playing activities that encouraged self-awareness and healthy coping strategies.
π΄ The third session was conducted by Joshua Wong, a sleep and health coach, where participants learned about sleep wisdom and exchanged different bedtime routines and habits that support better rest and recovery.
These sessions encouraged participants to prioritise self-care, build resilience, and adopt healthier habits in their daily lives. π
A big thank you to all our facilitators for generously sharing their knowledge, experiences, and practical tips with our participants!
