Asiaโs first certified Nature Immersion Trail is now open at Saraca Stream, near the Tanglin Gate, in the Singapore Botanic Gardens!
This gentle 150-metre trail is designed for visitors of all physical abilities โ including wheelchair users โ to slow down, engage the senses, and experience the restorative benefits of nature at your own pace.
Along the way, interpretative signs will guide you to observe, listen, touch, smell, and connect more deeply with your surroundings.
With mental well-being becoming increasingly important in our lives, research shows that spending time in nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance cognitive functioning for a better quality of life.
As part of the Parks for Health framework, nature immersion walks cultivate mindful, multi-sensory interactions with nature to build connection with the natural world.
Come for a mindfulness walk and let nature do its thing!
