Are you or someone you know navigating the loss of a loved one? You’re not alone. Join us in a warm, supportive space where healing happens through connection.

💛 What to expect:
* A safe, non-judgmental space to share
* Better understanding of grief and emotions through creative and hands on activities, e.g. narrative / craft / clay work, etc.
* Practical coping strategies and support
* Meaningful connections with others on a similar journey

👥 Who can join:
* Individuals aged 50 and above
* Have experienced loss for at least 6 months
* Willing to journey together in a group setting

📅 Sessions: Every Monday (15/22/29 June & 6/13/20 July)

Eligibility (must fulfill all criteria):
- Aged 60 years and above
- Singapore Citizen or PR
- Living in a 1-, 2-, or 3-room HDB flat (rental or owned)
- Must be a recipient of Blue CHAS or the ComCare Assistance Scheme
