These aren’t issues anyone talks about openly. And they’re not always visible to the people who love them most.

That is why professional support matters. The social workers, counsellors, and psychologists at Viriya show up for these people every day — families in crisis, individuals carrying mental health struggles quietly, caregivers running on empty.

Our staff have walked 1.3 million steps since March. The donations haven’t kept pace — we’re at $120,000 of a $500,000 goal, with 14 days left.
