With smiles that tell a story of hard work, determination, and success, our Cohort 5 Women Builders proudly celebrate an achievement that will leave a lasting impact. Their joy reflects not only the completion of a decent home for Mohamed Nchapwai and his family, but also the confidence, skills, and empowerment they have gained throughout the journey.
Every step of the construction process challenged them to learn, grow, and work together. Today, they stand proudly beside the results of their dedication a home that brings comfort and hope to a family, and a milestone that proves the incredible potential of women in the construction industry.Their smiles are a reminder that true success is not just measured by what we build, but by the lives we transform along the way.
Together, we are building more than houses we are building opportunities, changing lives, and creating a future where women continue to lead and inspire through their skills and determination.
