Early voting starts tomorrow!

I know it's a tough choice, but I'll be honored to have your support, District E!

While I am running unopposed in the Democratic Primary Election, I don't want my supporters to sit at home until November. There are a few important races that still need your attention, including a critical race for County Executive, and who our District 1 candidate will be who runs against Andy Harris!

Thank you to the Council, particularly Jacob Bennett, for his leadership on this issue, every step of the way. This is the right direction to go in for our county.

DATA CENTERS BANNED

Tonight, we as a County Council unanimously passed Bill 26-011 which BANS data centers from Harford County.

As recently as March 13th, the County Executive had stated at a PAB meeting, through his head of Planning and Zoning, that he was not interested in addressing the issue of Data Centers until after the election was over.

Since then, the community has organized around this issue and the outcome of those efforts is evident.

It is thanks to you, the community, that we as a County Council have been able to accomplish this tremendous achievement.

The work is never finished, so please continue to be engaged and informed on this issue and all others that impact our community.

Politicians have the title, you have the power.

Aberdeen deserves its new activity center after all this time.

Aberdeen also deserves an activity center that will support the various needs of the community and not just be a giant sports complex.

The current design isn’t what’s right for the city. Earlier designs were better, but apparently the current county government thought “Aberdeen didn’t need a Taj Mahal”.

If you’re a supporter of mine, I cannot more strongly endorse Matt Jones for Board of Ed for our district.

Matt has a vision for what HCPS could look like, and I need to see it come true!

Our county executive is no friend to our public school system.

He refers to schools as a special interest, instead of a public service.

He is threatening to give our schools flat funding if he wins his reelection, trying to bully the Board of Education if the council increases their budget.

There is still an over $12 million funding gap between the BOE request and the county’s budget.

Voters have two chances to get rid of Bob Cassilly— one in the Republican primary, and one in the general election if he makes it there.
