Due to large equipment in the roadway at the intersection of Powder Mill Road and Sudbury Road, all traffic for Sudbury Road will be detoured through the Stratus parking lot. Please follow signage for access to the Acton Senior Center. The detour should end around 2pm.

Town of Acton Human Services Building & Senior Center CLOSED
June 9 | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
All meals, Council on Aging programs, classes, and activities are cancelled due to essential work being carried out by the Acton Water District, which involves turning off the building’s water supply.
The following scheduled services and meetings will still take place:
• Legal Housing Clinic (by appointment only): 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Board of Health Meeting: 7:30 PM

Hula hoops, laughter, and lots of fun filled the room at the Acton Council on Aging this week!

Our seniors showed off their energy, balance, and enthusiasm during a lively Hula Hoop Fitness Class with Denise M. Everyone joined in for a great workout and plenty of smiles. 😊

What a beautiful day we had on Thursday, May 28, to celebrate Acton’s citizens aged 90 plus! This event, sponsored by Bridges by EPOCH of Westford and Sudbury, is always a fun time for both the COA staff and honorees alike.
