Three incidents were handled yesterday, including two public service and a vehicle fire.

Early this morning, the Rescue extricated a lone occupant from a rollover accident in Arona Borough. The occupant was transported by Mutual Aid with minor injuries.

Members have remained busy this morning responding to 3 incidents within an hour, including two accidents and a car fire.

The Engine arrived to find a vehicle with fire in the engine compartment and quickly knocked the fire down.

The station and our mutual aid partners are just clearing from a house fire in Arona Borough. Crews encountered a well advanced fire and deployed multiple lines to quickly knock it down.

4 calls kept our crews busy this afternoon. We responded to a fire alarm and two accidents involving motorcycles in the township, and assisted Herminie Vfd with a possible fire.

Two additional incidents were handled this evening by our company. The first being a small fire from a disabled vehicle on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The second incident was an odor of smoke in a residence in our first due. Our crews investigated and traced it back to a faulty water heater.

The Quint, Engine and Utility assisted Westmoreland City Fire Dept with an odor of smoke in a commercial structure this morning. Crews investigated and found a faulty HVAC unit to be the cause.

The station responded to back to back fires this evening. The first assisting City of Jeannette Fire Department, the second in the Township assisting Carbon.

Yesterday evening, our UTV responded into North Huntington to assist with a large brush fire. While operating, an additional crew handled a weather related emergency in our first due.

Early this morning we responded to a fire alarm in our first due with no findings.
