We want to extend another congratulations to the graduates of South Fulton Fire Rescue's inaugural Citizen Fire Academy!
Through hands-on experiences and interactive demonstrations, participants in our inaugural Citizen Fire Academy gained a deeper understanding of the skill, dedication, and teamwork required to serve South Fulton every day.
The academy reached full capacity, highlighting the community's strong interest in public safety and civic engagement. During the graduation ceremony, participants were recognized for their commitment to learning more about the department, building stronger connections with their local fire service, and taking the necessary steps to be a leader in the community.
"We would not be able to do what we do without the support of the community." — Deputy Fire Chief Jerome Byrd
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our first Citizen Fire Academy a tremendous success. We look forward to continuing this program and strengthening our partnership with the residents we proudly serve.
